SAKSHAM Library Guide

After the Installation of the SAKSHAM Full Package. Through SAKSHAM Documentation Manual, SAKSHAM Library will be automatically gets installed in your Codesys Project. Now get to know how to use SAKSHAM Library for Logic building Projects:

How to use the SAKSHAM Library

Open CODESYS and follow the steps:

➡️ User must left click on New Project in CODESYS

➡️ After Clicking on New project the New Project Pop-up Window appears and there you can see the SAKSHAM PROJECTS and it contains the Template and the Templates are: PC Logic, PLC Logic and SCADA , So you can use these Templates for your Project.

➡️ Working with PC choose the PC Logic as for Template

➡️ Working with PLC choose the PLC Logic as for Template

Install

➡️ And then after Select the PC Logic Template as for the Logic Building Project and Click on OK button.

Now use the Library for the Development of Program. Steps are as given:

➡️ Step 1: Click on + near Application Folder

  • Inside Application folder you will get 3 Program Pages:

  • ClosedLoop (PRG):- In this we can run ClosedLoop Logic Blocks (e.g: PID, DACA etc.)

  • FastLoop(PRG):- In this we can run FastLoop Logic Blocks

  • OpenLoop (PRG):- In this we can run OpenLoop Logic Blocks (e.g: Motor, MOV etc.)

➡️ Step 2: Let's Add the logic Block to the PRG Page (ClosedLoop)

➡️ Step 3: Now, Drag a Box from the ToolBox and Drop in the Program Page

➡️ Step 4: Click on 3-dots and Browse for the SAKSHAM Library connectivity

Now from the Library select the required Logic Block you want to add.

➡️ Step 5: Rename the Logic Block as Here, it's HBP101

➡️ Step 6: Similarly, Drag one Input and Output Pins from the ToolBox and connect with our Rack-IOs

As the Rack-IOs window is shown:

The IOs are connected to the Input and Output Pins.

➡️ Step 7: Click On the PLC module, Generate code and Run the Project And Click on YES to set the active path for the PLC Communication

➡️ Step 8: Now Click on Scan Network and Add select the appropriate device and click on OK

➡️ Step 9: Now the Device User Login window will appear, And enter the Username and Password as you have set earlier and click on OK button

➡️ Step 10: New Pop up window will open select the "Login with online change" and check the "Update boot application" option and click on OK

➡️ Step 11: Click on the Login button.

➡️ Step 12: After processing a while press on Start button

✅ Project is now running successfully!
